We are looking for an Experienced Admin with Accounts,
Requirement: • Any Nationality Only* UAE Driving License #  Must have 2 yrs. Dubai experience in this role.  Ensure filing is kept up-to-date.  Organize the upkeep of the working area, i.e., central filing system, reference materials etc.  Deal with internal and external queries.  Producing documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations.  Screening phone calls, inquiries and requests and handling them appropriately.  Ensure all telephone call queries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner, including handling and forwarding queries when MD is out of the office. Skills:  Previous Secretarial/ Administration/HR experience is desirable.  PC qualifications with proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Acrobat and the Internet.  Ability to deal with sensitive issues discretely and able to handle highly confidential information appropriately.  Good interpersonal skills supported by exceptional verbal & written communication.  Professional English speaking and writing.  Arabic speaking and writing is preferable.  Driven and energetic individual.  Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.  Flexibility in working hours if the workload requires. Salary will be discussed during the interview and will be based on experience and capability.
