⚠️ Middle East Travel Update for Agents

As flight operations begin to resume across parts of the Middle East, we are moving away from the previous Force Majeure approach and returning to booking-by-booking handling for affected reservations.

Key points:
✔️ All eligible bookings with check-in dates 28 Feb – 10 March have already been cancelled free of charge.
✈️ From 11 March onwards, FOC cancellations apply only where there is confirmed flight disruption (e.g. airline cancellations or airport closures).
📋 All new cases will now be reviewed on a booking-by-booking basis.

Our teams remain fully engaged and ready to support you and your clients while the situation stabilises.
