Global Food Week 2026 is officially underway today at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi, and before the crowds, conversations and cameras took over, there was the build.

A little late posting these?
Maybe.

Not just a build - a legacy in motion.

For the second consecutive year, Star Spring Exhibition Services has had the privilege of contributing to Jisr Ahmed Bin Rashid, Operation Chivalrous Knight, delivered by UAE Aid in partnership with the Red Crescent, in support of the initiative to provide 10 million meals for Gaza.

This project is more than an exhibition build.

Being entrusted with this responsibility, once again, means a great deal to our team.

Behind every panel installed and every stand finalized is a shared commitment, not just to craftsmanship, but to purpose.

We are proud to stand behind this cause, and grateful to be part of a mission where the work we do translates directly into meals reaching those who need them most.
