1. Operations and R & D:
Qualifications:
- Passion for travel
- ability to feel at home in wilderness, rural and urban settings, - willingness to travel (alone at times!)
Must be motivated, organised, creative and possess good communication skills
Responsibilities: Travelling, exploring, reporting. Repeat!
2. Sales and Marketing: If you believe that the R&D is the easy part. The business and all the complications involved is where the challenge lies. If you realise that travel is a business and should be approached as such!
3. Other than above, tell us what you want to do in a travel company and convince us how you add value to it, and take that job!!
