Albania Mountain Club started from a simple idea:
Some of the best guides in Albania were always behind the scenes.

Highly experienced. Deeply connected to the mountains.
Yet… no one knew who they were.

They were leading amazing experiences, but their names, their stories, and their identity were missing.
We wanted to change that.

What we’re building
Albania Mountain Club is a platform that puts guides in the spotlight.
A place where guides are not just assigned to groups, but recognized for what they do best.
Each guide can:
• Create their own profile
• Share their experiences
• Manage their own calendar
Because travelers don’t just book a tour… They choose the person behind it.

More and more women are leading hiking groups across Albania, Kosovo, and Montenegro, guiding travelers through some of Europe’s most spectacular landscapes.

From the rugged trails of the Peaks of the Balkans to remote alpine villages, these women are not only professional guides, they are ambassadors of nature, culture, and resilience.

Today, female mountain guides are showing that strength, leadership, and adventure have no gender.

The Balkans are wild, authentic, and increasingly guided by women who know these mountains as their home.
