O curral é o coração da propriedade. Ao conduzir os visitantes por ele, a família diz: "Vocês estão a entrar em nossa casa no vosso ponto mais importante". Isto demonstra que não são apenas observadores externos, mas sim pessoas incluídas no espaço social e espiritual do evento.

Cattle are central to Nhaneca-Humbe life. They represent wealth, ancestors, and connection to the land.
The kraal is the heart of the homestead. By leading guests through it, the family is saying, "You are entering our home at its most important point." It marks that you’re not just an outsider watching, but someone being included in the social and spiritual space of the event.
