In the Cabildo, the same building you walk past today, photograph, and admire on your way through Plaza de Mayo, a group of patriots formed the first self-governing body of the Rio de la Plata.

There were no battles that day. There was rain, speeches, and a crowd waiting.

That building is still standing. And that plaza is still the center of everything.
Protests, celebrations, historical silences. No other place in Argentina carries this much.
