People who are offered $46 “work visas” take note. People with genuine need for protection - make sure you seek a Registered Migration Agent experienced in assisting with such work or seek one of the specialised free refugee services available in each state

The Australian Border Force recently detained and removed a foreign national who was living in Australia without a visa and illegally charging people for migration advice.

This person took money from more than 100 visa applicants, helping them to apply for a Protection visa despite knowing they were not asylum seekers and would be refused.

This was not only unlawful; it also caused unnecessary delays to the applications of asylum seekers and others who genuinely need Australia’s protection.
Under Australian law, only registered migration agents and Australian legal practitioners can charge a fee for providing immigration assistance.

Don’t risked being scammed. Search for a registered migration agent at www.mara.gov.au or access free legal advice from a specialist refugee and immigration legal provider in your state or territory.

The world has turned their back on the suffering of the people of Afghanistan. So many of our clients have suffered years of separation from their families because of the cruelty of the successive Australian Governments. Finally granted permanent visas and the ability to Sponsor and reunite with families, they are again facing further terror and indescribable suffering.. Pakistan is also deporting Afghani families

Move follows war with Israel, but humanitarian groups warn mass deportations may further destabilise Afghanistan.

We are thinking of you all as you face yet more turmoil in your lives. Please note:
1. Permanent residents of Australia and Citizens of Australia who are in the Middle East, should register with DFAT. ONLY Australian Citizens/PR to register NOT people waiting for visas.
2. Currently there are no flights in or out of Iran
3. Immigration have THOUSANDS of applications they are processing and we will be in contact with our clients as soon as we hear any news about their application;
4. We ask them NOT to contact us as we are aware of the situation and Immigration is aware of the situation and hundreds of phone calls and emails just prevent us from doing our work and prevent the Immigration delegates from finalising applications
5. We are very sympathetic to the situation facing our clients in Iran and Pakistan and we are in contact with Immigration regularly. There is nothing else we can do at this time and we are sorry but we will NOT be responding to progress inquiries or requests to email Immigration
