Following your feedback from the draft design consultation, 97% of respondents supported our design. We created two distinct zones: one focused on jumps and the other on pump track features, providing varied riding experiences within the Elliminyt Recreation Precinct.

Here are the final concept designs we developed for Colac Otway Shire Council and the Colac Bike Park.

The project is currently awaiting construction funding. For more information, visit our website and keep an eye on the Council’s project page for updates.

Diamond Creek BMX Trails originally planned for 145 Allendale Road, Diamond Creek, Victoria, Australia is now planned to be built at a different location.

This decision follows comprehensive assessments that identified culturally significant artefacts and flood risks at the original site.

Although the process has been complex, Council has identified a new site - Challenger Street Reserve, Diamond Creek and this has been chosen as the new location.

The new site meets requirements, minimises environmental and cultural impact, and offers convenient access for riders via the Diamond Creek Trail.

Following on from previous and highly successful consultation with the community. The design has now been mirrored to suit the topography and footprint at the new site at Challenger Street Reserve.

Being at a different site, further consultation is now running via council’s participate page here - https://participate.nillumbik.vic.gov.au/bmx-park

We’re looking forward to seeing it all come together, but in the meantime, here is a video fly through of the mirrored, proposed design!
