Hello COF Travellers & Farmers. It’s been a busy few weeks with quite a few new COF Farmers joining.
This past week up on the website are 2 properties in QLD - Davids place in P***n Creek Qld -His Farm offers flat Creek side spots with mowed camp sites with plenty of space between ($20/n/RV);
Peter in Teebar Qld has beautifully mowed 26 acres of flat camp spots beside the 5 acre fresh water lake with jetty, and free kayaks, fishing, swimming all year round fire pits available,( $15/n/p)In WA is Georgia & Cameron have a broadacre cropping and sheep farm with views overlooking farmland.
Located in between Kulin and Lake Grace it is the perfect half way point if you’re traveling from Perth to Esperance.($25/n/RV) ; and Heather’s place at Fords Bridge in NSW has plenty of unpowered sites ($35/n/RV).
We are working from our mobile office (the caravan) for a few more weeks, so leave a message if I’m not in mob range please! We are loving being back on the road and getting to meet some of our wonderful Farmer Hosts. COF Members can read a little about our journey in the Chat Group! Come and enjoy the country serenity, the bird life is amazing so bring the binoculars. If you’re travelling between Sydney and Melbourne and want a peaceful break, this is it! Orbost is a lovely town, enjoy a stroll around Orbost showcasing the town’s historic buildings. We also offer drone pictures of your set up, few options available. We look forward to sharing this wonderful, peaceful area with you all and hearing about your travel journeys.

“We look forward to welcoming self-sufficient campers to our Beautiful Retreat. A 5 minute drive from the local shops, large Foodworks supermarket, hospital, police station and Schools, in Tara. It is on 16 acres of rural property, along Undulla Creek. At Present , we are the proud owners of 2 cats and 6 chickens and we run a small airbnb from the home on the property. Weather and fire restrictions permitting, fire pits and wood are available for use and purchase. Pets are allowed but must be restrained by owners at all times.”
