Be amazed by the story of the Aboriginal people from Mungalla Station and surrounding areas that were exhibited as cannibals and savages in the nineteenth century circuses and sideshows of Europe and America. Today we had the pleasure of hosting a fantastic visit with the Department of Environment, Tourism, Science and Innovation Senior business development officer Penny Young. It was a great opportunity to share ideas, strengthen connections, and showcase the important work being done at Mungalla. This included morning tea with JCU School of Marine Biology and Aquaculture science field trip.
