Aus Fishing Tournaments Bream teams fishing tournament presented by Australian Fishing Tournaments Pty Ltd including Gamakat

AFT run a series of events to cater for the Bream tournament scene from the beginners comps called the Gamakatsu Amateur Series, with every team getting their entry fee back in lures and also awarded prizes, it is a must of teams who just what to give it a go to see how the comps are. Then we have the more traditional Gamakatsu Teams Series which is now in its 9th year proving its longevity and fo

llowing to be one of the largest series in Australia and covers more area than any other teams comp. Also available is the Gamakatsu Elite Series which is a bream tournament for the series anglers, with it higher entry fee meaning high payouts this is one of the highest paying tournaments in Australia and a must for those who want to compete with the best.

AFT being local in our flood affected areas has in partnership with Frogleys Offshore been fundraising and will in coming weeks hand out vouchers and fishing gear to those who have been affected!

Dates have been set

After much feedback from locals and visitors we have decided to make official the 2019 dates being Saturday 13th July to Friday 19th July. We will still be running the 2 day kids comp with a briefing for kids on Saturday morning and the main comp briefing on Saturday afternoon.
We will be looking for assistance to setup as we will be short of staff and they will making their way back and hopefully arriving Saturday lunch before the main briefing.
All the accommodation places have been notified and are making or adjusting booking to suit. We will continue to listen and improve the competition as best we can, this is one such instance where we can help.

Again Dates are 13th July to 19th July.
