An excellent opportunity has arisen for a new apprentice to join our experienced roofing team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated apprentice who is serious about completing the trade. This is a great opportunity to join a skilled team and gain the knowledge, experience required to excel and develop a successful career.

You will be working alongside metal roof plumbers installing all aspects of metal roofing and wall cladding around the Northern Rivers.

You'll need -

- Drivers Licence and own vehicle.

- Great communication skills and a can do attitude

- Practical skills

- Be willing to complete a TAFE course in Roof Plumbing.

To be eligible for an apprenticeship or traineeship you must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have full working rights.

The Byron Bypass is now open and our work on the Byron Bus Interchange is complete! The Bypass has taken 30 years in planning, two years in the making and while won’t solve all of Byron’s traffic woes, it’s a good start!

Project Update - Byron Bus Interchange.

Skilled Roofing have been engaged to commence work on the new Byron Bus Interchange in the rail corridor adjacent to Butler Street, Byron Bay.
This interchange will replace the existing bus stop on Jonson St.

The bus interchange is part of a broader ‘rail’ precinct partnership between Byron Shire Council and Transport NSW. The aim is to provide a better experience for public transport customers by delivering accessible, modern, secure and integrated transport infrastructure

guest dwellings sitting pretty up at Coopers Shoot. Interestingly the area’s name came from the old red cedar logging days in Byron – where the timber-cutters would “shoot” the logs down the hills to be dragged to waiting ships.

No timber rolling here now, just those primo east coast views.architects

Did you know was constructed back in the 1960’s as a kiosk called Argentine Ant Cantina? It’s changed a couple of hands since then, and needed a few refurbs, but she’s certainly still a stand out, in the somewhat crowded boutique hotel market. After many previous attempts in the properties history to fix the dated and leaking roof, time has come this week for a complete re-roof. One that will stand the test of time and seaside elements of Wategos Beach.
