Construx. Building Group www.construx.net.au The Design intent was completed by techne architects. Construx. were proudly appointed construction managers for the expansion of the Lonsdale institute into NSW. The fit out consisted of acoustic rated classrooms with glazed doors and partitions over 2 floors, 2 staff and student kitchen areas, large timber clad walls and floors reception area with staff offices, computer Lab room and It room. Stay tuned for the refurbishment of the Victorian premises in which Construx. were successful in securing after our performance on the NSW project. Construx. Building Group www.construx.net.au recently completed a fitout for a 4 consult room psychotic, depression, anxiety and substance abuse Clinic located next to Hornsby hospital. The Sunnyside Clinic fitout consisted of a reception area, 4 consulting rooms with wash up sinks, New acoustic rated ceilings including air conditioning and electrical services and 48RW rated walls, including carpet flooring throughout.

Construx. Building Group, www.construx.net.au Recently completed a 300m2 office fitout for a prominent Australian developer, in Sydney's A grade Building, L26, 1 Market St, for Boill Group (Boill Holdings Australia). The fitout consisted of large breakout space, open plan workstation layout, offices, meeting rooms, 16 person boardroom and large reception area with glass entry sliding door. The design was completed by Aspace Design.

On the 5th of February 2016. Construx. Building Group Pty Ltd www.construx.net.au was honoured to be a part of the Unite for Cure Charity Fundraiser held by Miss Lebanon Australia. The Event was to raise money and Awareness for the underprivileged youth of any race and religion battling the disease and their families. The event Raised some much needed funds which will be handed to the St. Jude Children Cancer Centre in August 2016.
