Two of my favorite places in Japan so far: Miyajima Island & Nozawa Onsen!

Miyajima Island – Wander through the streets, hike Mt. Misen for stunning views, and try the local oysters and momiji manju.

Nozawa Onsen – Ski incredible powder, relax in the free public onsens, and warm up with Nozawa’s famous steamed buns.

Which would you choose—an island escape or a ski trip?

When asked the most beautiful places I have seen, these come to mind ✈️🌎

Norway, one of the best. You can’t go wrong with Norway, everywhere is amazing but would recommend a trip to Lofoten - the mountains are like no other.

New Zealand, always takes my breath away. I loved the Kepler track, wanaka, lake hawe and blue pools. Will be heading back in November for the routeburn hike.

Nepal, the Himalayans are something else, hiking through villages and tea houses was definitely a highlight. The locals were also incredibly generous. I loved the Annapurna region.

Japan, can’t get enough of it! The people, nature and activities are second to none. One of my favourite places was nozawa onsen, a small ski village.

Iceland, natures theme park. This spot in particular took my breath away, the top of skogafoss waterfall.
