This local favourite, tucked away inside the Civic Fair shopping centre in Mount Gravatt East, has quickly earned a massive reputation for its authentic, charcoal-grilled menu. THE VIBE & DESSERT

[ MUST TRY ] GIANT FLUFFY JAPANESE HOT CAKES JUST LANDED IN GREENSLOPES

In the early 2010s, a dessert phenomenon took hold of Japan, transforming the humble pancake into a towering, wobbly architectural feat. What began in the vibrant districts of Tokyo and Osaka quickly became a global obsession, celebrated for a cloud-like texture that defies gravity and a preparation style that requires absolute precision.

WHAT TO ORDER
🍮 Crème Brûlée: finished with a crisp, torched sugar lid and velvety custard.
🍌 Choc x Salted Caramel Banana: a decadent mix of rich chocolate, salty caramel, and fresh fruit.
🍓 Philadelphia Berry Cheesecake: topped with a thick, creamy cheesecake layer and fresh berries.
🍫 Nutella Hazelnut: featuring a generous serving of gooey chocolate and crunchy hazelnut.
🥓 Eggs Benny: a savory-sweet masterpiece served with crispy bacon.

GOOD TO KNOW
• Because these are made fresh to order to achieve that signature ‘cloud’ texture, expect a 15-20 minute wait during peak times - the wobble is worth it.

📍 is located in multiple locations:
