North Brisbane | Potential Foreman Position

We’re a North Brissy based rendering company with consistent work across quality builder sites and we’re looking for an experienced renderer to join us full time. If you’re reliable, take pride in your work, and can hold your own in a team environment, we want to hear from you.

What’s in it for you:
• Great rate during your 2-month probation period
• Rate increase + foreman pathway for the right person
• Consistent work weekly
• Mostly North Brisbane builds

What we need from you:
• Proven rendering experience (you know what you’re doing — no hand-holding)
• Current driver’s licence and reliable own transport
• White Card
• Works well in a team — leadership skills highly regarded
• Someone who shows up, does the job right, and wants to grow with us

The deal:
2-month probationary period. Smash it, and there’s a real conversation about stepping into a foreman role with the pay to match.

We have steady builder relationships and plenty of work, we just need the right person to grow with us.
