NSWALC is looking for young people to join the Youth Advisory Committee (YAC). The Youth Advisory Committee provides young Aboriginal people with a chance to develop their leadership skills in a 2-year term. This includes an objective to engage with our youth and membership across the land rights network.

Accordingly, we have suspended tours for January & February 2024

Today, 5/9/23, we celebrate the 1st Aboriginal-owned National Park in NSW.

On the 5th of September, 1998, Mutawintji National Park was formally handed back

The then Premier of NSW, the Rt. Hon. Bob Carr, handed over the Title Deed to Uncle William Bates (D), Chairperson of Mutawintji Local Aboriginal Land Council.

Happy 25th Anniversary to all Aboriginal Traditional Owners and special thanks to those Leaders, Elders & Ancestors who paved the way 🙏
