Hope you are ready to explore the breathtaking Buchan Caves of Gippsland - Victoria.

Discover the enchanting underground limestone formations which runs down to a great history of 400 million years.

You could enjoy two cave tours during your trip to Gippsland ancient caves namely, Fairy Cave and Royal Cave. Always remember to book your tickets online and also take a good note of the times of each cave tour as it differs depending on the season of your visit.

Royal Cave:

The calcium carbonate which forms these gorgeous limestone formations in the area’s 350 or more caves probably derives from the skeltons of shellfish as well as coral which were deposited when the sea was covered this site. The remarkable pillars and other formations were created and carved out of the rainwater which trickles into the caves.

Colour formations;

Reddish areas - presence of iron oxide
Green shades - copper

Photographs in this post are of the Royal Cave. Unfortunately, we have not been able to explore the fairy caves since my husband has got mixed up with our scheduled guided tour to this site. It’s said that this is an extraordinary cave with many namely attractions within such as King’s chamber, Queen Victoria chamber, Jewel Chamber and many more.

Moon hill walk - 0.5km
FJ Wilson Interpreted walk - 2km
Spring creek walk - 3km
Granite pools walk - 4km

Redwood forest Warburton _ Victoria

* Much recommended time to visit _ Autumn
* Planted _ 1930's
* No of trees _ 1476
* Snakes are around mostly during summer
* Opened after COVID _ 15th December 2020

This scenic forest is full of tall trees which are known to be about 55m's in height and beautifully planted in raws. You could leisurely walk through the forest exploring the nature full of greens which is soothing to your eyes.

You will come across the trails as well as the river when walking by.

Magical location for beautiful clicks.

Malaysia & Singapore

Singapore _ during my first visit, we stayed at a hotel in Little India where it was much affordable. From the hotel, after a short walk there was this area surrounded by Gold Jewellery shops (general belief is that the gold jewellery are cheap here. Nevertheless, I didn't like the yellowness of their jewelry) and temples/ kovils.

I went finding Mustafa shopping mall for a shopping spree. I managed to buy lot of gifts from this place. Btw there were many places which I passed on the way which were like market areas where I bought many stuff like souvenirs, electronics & cute Candy's.

During my second visit and soforth, we had friends who had apartments in Singapore where we managed to stay at comfort. They took us to many interesting places to shop electronics to many more.

Attractions _ Sentosa Islands (we visited 2 days to explore)

Things we did at Santosa:

Vax museums, cable cars, bird park, luge & sky ride, movies, theatre _ drama about their history, beach etc

Apart from above there are loads of interesting things to do.. but all depends on time and what you want to do. Where we wanted to chill and relax at times.

Then we took a bus for our transit from Singapore to Malaysia in the night. There was a checking at the border and there are specific stuff which are not allowed to be taken with you. We arrived at Singapore by early morning.

Attractions:

Memorial with dancing fountains & statues of soldiers, Genting Highlands (1760m's above sea level), Batu caves in Gombak, Time square, Palace.

There were plenty of side by shops throughout all the streets where we managed to do lots of shopping for affordable prices and I was delighted to buy everything my heard desired 🥰.

Romania

Beautiful Romania is situated in southern east Europe. It is one of the most affordable tourist destinations in Europe which could boast about it's history and world heritage.

My passion is visiting their legendary Castles and churches to experience the art and culture. Where as my daughter loves to go on about boasting about their folk tales about vampires and the castle of Transylvania.

Famous places to explore;

Museums & historical _ Castelul Corvinilor, Cetatea Rasnov, Iron Gates, Sinaia Monastery, Palace of culture

Castles _ Bran C, Pele's C, Castelul, Fagaras Fortress

Churches _ Black church, Stavropoleos Monastery church, Metropolitan Cathedral Lasi, Holy trinity cathedral

Other _ Black Sea, Cismigiu gardens, Victoriei Square, Maramures mountains, the bridge of lies, clock tower, The large square, Merry cemetery

Just to give you a hint, I could keep on listing many more interesting places which you could explore to suit your individual tastes but above are a few which I thought that I will short list for a small vacation.

My friends out there who has an eye for natural beauty and passion for art and culture but haven't visited this magnificent country, I wish that you will be able to explore this beautiful country after COVID crisis and we all are safe to travel around.

Beautiful Ella

Hi folks, today I would like to share a few pictures of in and around Ella _ Sri Lanka.

Ella is a town in Badulla district, amidst of cold mountains.

Awesome things to explore in Ella;

1) Nine arch bridge
2) Diyaluma water fall
3) Ella rock
4) Little Adam's peak
5) Rawana falls
6) Lipton seat

There are also many beautiful hotels around the area to carter different experience such as adventure, culture, bio diversity, interior as well as budget lodging.

You may also visit beautiful Nuwara Eliya, Badulla, famous Adisham Bangalore which are close by and also experience adventure sports in and around Rawana falls.

Hope you will plan an adventurous and a breathtaking road trip of this paradise Island.
