🏍️ OUTRIDING THE FOG
I'm excited to announce a new journey that has become deeply personal to me.
At age 48, I was diagnosed with Complex PTSD.
Like many people, I spent years functioning professionally while struggling privately.
Motorcycling, remote travel and time in nature have become important parts of my recovery journey. They have helped me slow down, reconnect with myself and find moments of clarity when life has felt overwhelming.
In the coming weeks, I'll be setting out on Outriding the Fog — a motorcycle journey across remote Australia from Cairns to Broome.
The purpose of the journey is simple:
🧠 Raise awareness of PTSD and mental wellbeing
💬 Encourage honest conversations around mental health
❤️ Raise funds in support of Black Dog Institute
🌏 Share the journey through photography, video and storytelling
This isn't about setting records or being an influencer.
It's about resilience, recovery, hope and reminding people that none of us have to face our challenges alone.
