We are looking for a new Administration allrounder to join out team.
Immediate start Monday to Friday 9-3pm with flexibility for the right applicant.

Tasks & responsibilities
• Typical duties will include but not be limited to;
• Answering initial client enquiries and triage calls to the appropriate support team member
• Answering general client enquiries via phone and email
• Assisting the team with projects tasks as required
• Managing day to day administration duties
• Preparing documentation and forms for submission to council
• Reconciling accounts
• Preparing quotes and invoicing clients
• Managing general accounting duties e.g Payroll & Accounts Receivable/Payable
• Managing client database

Qualifications & experience
• High level of computer skills, including windows and MS Office programs
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• High level organisational ability including time management skills/efficiency
• Experience with accounting software MYOB
• Previous experience with council planning procedures is highly advantageous though not necessary
