After a live from Tusik Flat a few weeks ago I jumped on board to donate to these guys without knowing what was about to unfold on the district. So glad they got to have their event! What a resilient bunch they all are ❤️

New bridle finished today using that beautiful Hermann Oak leather 😍 it will darken naturally with use over time. I think it looks nice the way it is, the stainless hardware sets it off!

Something a little out of the ordinary today, the mighty Burdekin River at Sellheim- 20km east of Charters Towers 110km west of Townsville.I’ve only measured 89mm of rain this morning south of Charters Towers, but the rain to the north where the catchment for the Burdekin is has had, and is getting, some incredible falls. This bridge is 13.5m- and since I took this photo at 11am the water is now hitting the bridge.
Feeling for those in the coastal areas, it’s going to be a long few days ahead.

Don’t be d!ckhe@ds, stay out of floodwaters.
