A few things in flower in December- and a bit special, first the red flowered Jatropha (Spicy Jatropha), native to Cuba. This is a lovely shrub in subtropical areas that is very hard to find.
Next a great Frangipani, George Brown, flowered all summer and is a unique colour mix!
Also, a general view of my growing area featuring some Royal Poinciana- one of the most striking subtropical trees out there.
Last but not least the gorgeous purple Petrea- a tropical version of Wisteria that flowers at least twice a year, a very drought hardy and no fuss climber.
