🍳 Cook (approx. 30 hours/ week)
The Position
The Cooks are rostered to cover the kitchen shifts for our Cafe, which is open 7 days a week for Breakfast, Lunch and the odd group Dinner. The menu offers simple food that is made with love and tastes great. Often the cook works alone but assistance is available during busy service times.
The Successful Candidate will have the following:
1. That you are a food lover, with previous experience cooking to order.
2. Knowledge of food preparation, food safety, quality control and cost control.
3. and great organizational ability.
🧹All Rounder (approx. 30 hours/ week)
The Position
This role, at times, requires the successful candidate to work weekends and public holidays. The majority of the work is a cleaning role, which includes guest cabins and public facilities. At times this position also assists in the café or kitchen.
The Successful Candidate will have the following:
1. An eye for detail and great organizational ability.
2. Knowledge of health, hygiene and safety in a hospitality environment.
3. Previous cleaning experience is an advantage.

Litchfield Tourist Park is located 14km from the township of Batchelor and approximately 100km from Darwin. The Park is situated in a rural area on the banks of the Upper Finniss River.
Our customers enjoy the laid-back atmosphere, swimming pool, lush gardens and surrounds. They also love the proximity to the magnificent waterfalls at Litchfield National Park.

· Must be available to work a mix of morning and afternoon shifts including weekend work.

· We ask that you commit to a minimum of 4 months work.
