Ryokan-style Japanese meals are definitely an experience. Beautifully presented, incredibly traditional, and packed with flavours and ingredients we’d never normally order. It wasn’t really our style, but you’ve got to try everything once ☺️

I’ve been booking a lot of Japan travel lately so it felt like the perfect time to share this reel. Thanks to Instagram for pairing the music perfectly. 🎶🇯🇵❄️

Flights are on special, many lodges and ryokans are starting to release their winter rooms, and with the yen still sitting at historically low levels, it’s shaping up to be a great time to visit ⛷️

On our last trip to Japan we visited 7 ski resorts and 17 hotels. It’s not easy to navigate online, and not every ski resort / hotel is right for every group of friends or family.

“We just returned from an incredible 4 and a half week journey through Italy, Malta, Paris, and Cairo, and it’s all thanks to Marlee at Before You Book.

Planning a trip of this scale is hard enough, but when the current war situation forced us to re-book our flights, Marlee was all over it.

She re booked new flights ensuring we didn’t miss our tour and most importantly, made sure we safely reached Egypt re routing flights mid tour.

“The Safari was an absolute highlight for Bev and I. The lodge you suggested is an extraordinary venue where we were catered for in every way. There was nothing left wanting.

Thank you for a wonderful year 🤍

To everyone who booked through me, referred a friend, sent a message of support, or trusted me with something as important as your holidays - thank you. Truly.

This year has been my proudest professional year to date. While continuing to build out Before You Book, I’ve been very busy behind the scenes building out a second brand, “Heli Dreams”, securing partnerships with the world’s best Heli-Ski Lodges. Something I’m extremely passionate about 😊🚁 (if you like ski content- give us a follow! )

It’s been massive, sometimes stressful, but an incredibly rewarding time.

If you’ve ever thought about starting a business…you should do it! The personal growth and self-development alone is something money can’t buy. Travel business or not, I’m always happy to chat if you want advice.

And of course, if a holiday is on your mind, I’d love to help.

I’m available for bookings and will be online until January 4th…after that, I’ll be on a holiday of my own.

What a wonderful success at my first travel event, where we were teleported to Europe for the evening to explore the beauty of river cruising - thanks to the lovely Zena Dalton from Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours

Guests enjoyed learning about Scenic's luxurious river journeys and ships while indulging in delicious grazing platters and sipping on wine and Limoncello Spritz 🍋🍸 🍋🍸

I’m excited to host a regular Travel Club here in the Docklands and would love to hear what destinations or experiences you’d like to explore.
