Airbnb’s new checkout rules are tackling the chore lists — including asking guests to strip beds or wash and put away dishes — for bookings made from 20 November.

Our take as an Airbnb Luxe property? Your last morning should feel like a holiday, too. 🌿

At Villa Amaya Doonan, we’ve always wanted guests to enjoy their time away, without an extensive list of chores waiting at checkout.

A slow coffee. One last swim. A little longer enjoying the rainforest.

That’s the experience we intended from the beginning.

While some hosts are considering price increases in response, it’s business as usual here. We won’t be increasing our rates because of these changes. ✨

☕️🌸 OUR NOOSA COFFEE PICK: LANEWAY

We get asked a lot by our guests, “Where’s a great local spot for coffee?” And one of our go-to recommendations is always Laneway Noosa. (Laneway Noosa) 🤍

Tucked down a laneway just off Thomas Street in Noosaville, a short stroll back from the Noosa River, it’s one of those gorgeous little spots that’s well worth knowing about.

Come for the Padre specialty coffee, but don’t be surprised if you leave carrying one of their ridiculously pretty flower bouquets too. 🌷 Alongside the fresh blooms, you’ll find gorgeous jewellery, locally sourced gifts and pastries - basically all the lovely little things you didn’t know you needed.

Laneway also has a second location on Hastings Street, Noosa Heads — perfect for grabbing your morning coffee before a wander along Hastings Street or down to Main Beach.

Definitely one to save for your next Noosa stay. ☕️🌸
