The troops completed the Central West Cycle Trail yesterday with perfect weather all week.
A self supported tour with our hire E -Bikes and panniers.
4 of them are new to e-bikes but managed to get to each days destination with plenty of battery capacity left.
Chilled out last night in our BnB next door with a deserved sleep in.

Our first cyclist guests are enjoying a stay before and after their tour at House of Tudor II, our welcoming B&B accommodation conveniently located next to our cycle tour and bike hire business in Dubbo.

With bike hire available and vehicle parking provided while you explore the Central West Cycle Trail, we make it easy to enjoy a relaxed and hassle-free cycling adventure.

Great little stay at Mayfield Cottage.
Combining luggage and transfers for a couple of groups and installing signage, it worked out nicely, even managed a little excursion on slapdash creek.
Anyone wanting a peaceful getaway, this could be it.

A little quick hit between tours.
A short dash in the afternoon to Geurie for an overnight stay at the Mitchell Inn.
A couple of vino’s, dinner and watched a couple of trains go by.
I’m easily pleased.

Good day today on the Mendooran Food Cycle with the pop up cafe at Yaragrin Historic shearing shed.
Great mixture of surfaces with bee and wh***ey experiences in the afternoon.

After transferring from Dubbo yesterday for a pre tour stay in Gulgong, we were ready to roll for Dunedoo via Slapdash Creek and Mayfield for lunch.
Enroute to the Mendooran Food Cycle on the weekend.

CWCT Quick Hits.

For those with time constraints or don’t feel confident to tackle the whole 400k of the Central West Cycle Trail, why not try one of our short breaks.
We have options for 2 to 6 days available with varying distances.
Option to catch the train (XPT) to Dubbo from Sydney on Friday and return home on the train on Sunday arvo, 35k both days, or add a day to travel home on Monday making it 60k per day.
Hire bikes available in Mtb’s, E Mtb’s and gravel bikes.
Also rider and bike transport if required.

Mendooran Food Cycle Quick Hit.
4 Days fully supported starting and finishing in Dubbo. 16th to 20th September inclusive.

Pre Tour, transport to Gulgong

Day 1, start Gulgong and ride to Dunedoo via Mayfield for morning tea.

Day 2, Dunedoo to Mendooran via Cobbora Station for morning tea.

day 3, Mendooran Food Cycle with various rides and activities including “ Taste of Mendooran” on Saturday night, a dinner highlighting the produce of the area.

Day 4, Mendooran to Ballimore for lunch with a Food Cycle morning tea in Goonoo Forest.
Transport back to Dubbo.

This context will work for those with time constraints and also enable rail travel to and from Dubbo and hire a bike off us.

$750 pp plus accommodation (approx $390 for a single)
