Oh what a feeling !!! Monday Yoga is back !!!

So much joy to join my favourite people on Monday mornings to connect in community and to breathe and to move. We had a little break during summer but it definitely feels great to be back.

City Farm is turning 30 !!

It's a time to celebrate and to plant in the little seedlings' hearts the love of gardening ❤️🌿🌻💐🌞

Garden fairy (me) will run some yoga sessions for kids all ages.
There will also be a range of other fun activities like pesto making, compost fun, bee play and circus, to name few.

I have been soaking up the sunshine up in Coral Bay and I have brought back enough of it to share with all of you on Monday in Freo at 9.15am at St Pauls.

If it rains, its still on and as hard as it is to get out of the house, it will make you feel amazing, I promise you that :)

Nice nice
That was fun and different and worked very well. So good to move the way we want, to some wholesome tunes and breath in fresh air past well needed rain. Thanks Lloyd for the music and thanks The Neighboirhood Sauna for keeping the vibes always HOT on South Beach
