We are signing off for the year from this Friday and taking a well deserved break over the Christmas and New Year holiday period 🌴🌞🏖️. Water damage can be deceptive. We removed a large planter box 🌿 from the terraced area on this ground floor apartment due to the defective waterproofing membrane inside the planter box. Over time water has seeped into the internal wall of the unit through the cavity flashing causing significant water damage 💦. We will mitigate any future leaks by waterproofing and tiling the entire area and remediate the wall cavity to ensure a watertight seal to protect the building from further water pe*******on.

We recently completed this 41 square metre roof area by replacing the old membrane with a high quality sheet waterproofing membrane on this 8 storey apartment building in Cammeray. This essential upgrade will ensure long-lasting protection from water damage 💦 to the roof area, the units below and improve the overall integrity of the building. We have delivered a solution that’s both durable and effective for years to come 👍🏼.

From the ground work to the finishing touches, our team handled every aspect of this project with experience and expertise 🔨. We used a beautiful tallow wood timber known for its durability and stunning grain and we added a dusty oak stain to finish the look. It has transformed this beautiful pool area into the perfect spot for Summer 🌴🌞🏊🏻‍♂️⛱️

Abbotsford- Our team worked with expertise, quality materials and attention to detail to ensure a safe, lasting and beautiful balcony for years to come. Poor design and construction had led to efflorescence buildup indicating trapped moisture 💦 in the structure. We replaced the sub sill door flashing along with a new sliding door 🚪, new screed and waterproofing installed before modern, resilient and durable tiles were laid for a flawless finish.👌 New balustrades to be installed next.

Here we are resealing the exterior brickwork 🧱 of this 8 storey apartment building in Cammeray, ensuring long-lasting protection from the elements 🌞🌨️💨. After removing deteriorated, cracked & damaged mortar and old sealants and replaced with new, our team has applied a high quality penetrative sealer to the area that will prevent water from entering the bricks keeping the structure dry and secure. We spray tested the repaired surfaces to ensure the walls were watertight 💦. This essential maintenance procedure is vital in maintaining the structural integrity and value of the property.

“We’ve sealed the deal”. - the facade has now been resealed,storm moulds refitted and sealed around the windows and we installed several rainwater heads and down pipes to help prevent water damage to the buildings exterior 💦🧱.Rainwater heads serve as a transition point collecting the rainwater from the roof and gutters and directing it into the down pipes for effective drainage and to protect the structural integrity of the building
