Ray Pollard Director of Kameleon Concepts has been a qualified master builder for over 10 years and been in the building industry for over 15 years. His repertoire of work spans residential, government and mining. He is renowned for his meticulous attention to detail, impeccable service and quality business acumen. Ray has run his own building business for over 12 years under R&V Constru

ction, however decided that he wanted to put his beliefs in an area that is lacking in the industry. Service of affordable environmentally sustainable products with high energy efficiency with lower running costs for homes and business'. Ray has a diverse passion for streamlining the building process for clients that like a hands on, positive and enjoyable experience.

Wishing everyone and Happy New year and a prosperous 2025.
On reflection of 2024 year and the 2 years prior, in what can only described as unprecedented times in the building industry, where sadly over 4000 building companies didn’t make it affecting so many people’s lives in a negative way. As the industry and pricing settle into their new space,
we would like to take a moment to express our sincerest gratitude and love to those who stuck with us and helped us forge stronger relationships and build a better business for our current and future clients. It takes teams of people to help create a home that we and our client can be proud of.

We would like to let you all know that our office reopens again on Monday the 6th of Jan at 9:30.
We still have 2 available building slots for the 2025 year for either Kameleon Concepts, our custom bespoke building arm to the business, or for our Green Homes SA side if your looking for a more sustainable approach to your home.
