✔️ It’s 100% legitimate
✔️ It really is from Carnival Cruise Line Australia or Carnival Cruise Line
✔️ You DO need to click your personal link if you want your VIFP status moved over

Because of privacy laws, Carnival can’t automatically transfer your details into the new Rewards program. Every guest has to opt in individually using the unique link in their own email.

Your link is personalised, which is why it can’t be forwarded or shared.

If you want to keep your days sailed, perks, and status when the new program launches on 1 September 2026, make sure you complete the enrolment.

If you didn’t get the email, reach out to Carnival but the message itself is the real deal.
