Julian proposed and Carmen said YES! 😊 Fireworks 🎆🎇 💕 💍

En route to Julian pulled a small box from his pocket and shared that he was going to propose.
For 8 years they have dated long distance, both from China originally. Living and working in Germany and Ireland, a holiday to Tasmania was their chosen dream destination.

Julian booked his tickets with me a few days from departure saying that "we really wanted to go to Cradle Mountain 🏔️, and from Hobart, you were the only one we could find" "True, I am the only one as a day trip" " I dreamed of proposing there and it was even more beautiful than I imagined."

Carmen said she had a sneaking suspicion but was nonetheless very very 😊😁😊

I love being able to share such beauty with Nature Lovers and meeting lovely people from all over the 🌎🌍 this one was extra special. 11th June 2026

Wow! The Seafood Seduction Journey is soooo fresh! Amazingly good. My guests from Hong Kong had a superb day out on the water and finished the full day with full bellies and big 😁

Tasmania is not an easy place to get to that's for sure.
Abel Tasman and his crew can attest to that.
The British and the Convicts in chains groan in agreement.
The Palawa in Dreamtime, before Babylon had a brick, smile with certainty
But the rewards for the few who venture here in 2026 and into the future are real and genuinely good for the soul, body and mind.

Wilderness that is wild and accessible.

I'm so grateful that I'm playing a small part in helping with that.
