The City of Launceston's Heritage Sketch has officially launched for 2024, with $1400 in book voucher prizes to be won 📚🖌
Heritage Sketch is an exciting art competition open to children and young people aged 4 - 17 years.
This year's theme is 'We are champions of our heritage,' inviting young creatives of all skill levels to explore and share their unique perspectives on the places that hold a special significance in our community.
Whether it's the iconic Cataract Gorge, the historic architecture of the CBD, the welcoming parks, or the hidden gems that make Launceston unique, we invite you to showcase the essence of what makes our community truly special through art.
How to Enter 👇🏼
Produce an original artwork depicting a heritage place within Launceston of importance to you. All entries should include a brief written description of what the place, building or object is (e.g. City Park) and what it means to you as a heritage champion.
