✨ Revisiting one of our absolute favourite themes today…our magical Harry Potter sleepover setup! 🧙‍♂️

This one is always a winner for all ages boys and girls alike love stepping into the wizarding world for a night. It’s honestly one of my personal favourites to set up too! We’ve got so many fun extras, props, and costumes to bring the magic to life.

I thought it was time to reintroduce myself…

My name’s Jasmine 👋
I’m a mum of four and the face behind Gatherings Party Hire. We bring the magic to your kids’ special celebrations with teepee slumber parties and FUN ‘sometimes treats’ (of course, these are for those extra special occasions - not everyday!)

Our very first big public event and what a night celebrating Queensland Day at the PEC So much family fun! from circus acts to live music 🎪🎶Big shoutout to Category 5- the local high school band who totally rocked the stage! 🎸 We also loved grabbing some delicious tacos from our market neighbour Mika Airlie so good we’re still thinking about them! 🌮🤤You guys kept me busy spinning Fairy Foss all night turns out you love it just as much as we do! 🍬💫Proserpine, you’ve got such an awesome community vibe. We felt so welcomed and had the best time. 💛 Can’t wait to do it all again!

The first fundraising HIRE was a sweet success! 🎀✨
This week Whitsunday Netball Association spun up a sea of pink, fairy floss, and glitter to raise funds for Breast Cancer Network Australia. We’re glad to see our cotton candy machine helped add some magic to such a great cause. Well done raising your donation everyone 👏🏼
