Thanks Illawarra Women in Business for sharing my success in the Indoor Rowing arena.
ABC Illawarra also had an interview with me today. Thanks to Justin Huntsdale for his time.
The ladies that train at Swan Athletic Jamberoo with Alan Swan are simply inspirational, I hope to be as fit as them when I reach later life.
Being fit and strong is something I have chosen to do, as I know when I am older this will benefit me. Currently it makes my life and chosen career a lot easier, as I function really well.
I still play volleyball quite regularly and have been for 35 years.
If you are after a fitness activity that has no impact and will give you an all over body workout, then I can highly recommend Indoor Rowing to help you with your fitness goals.
You don't have to race Internationally (unless you want too), you only have to race yourself as it is your health and mobility that you are wanting to improve and maintain first and foremost.
Enjoy your life 🙂 your way 🙂

It's been a year since Kiama's Nardia Guillaumier won an international gold at the World Indoor Rowing Championships over 2000m (age 45-49) and we're pleased to tell you, she's done it again! 🥇
While the competition is based in Prague in the Czech Republic, it runs remotely, meaning Nardia and others on our side of the world are competing via video link in the wee hours of the morning. 😲
Nardia trains in a converted dairy shed gym in Jamberoo under the guidance of Alan Swan, but there's a special group of senior women who also train there who have inspired her fitness goals.
