It’s great to be invited onboard these cruise ships when they’re in port in Melbourne. Today I inspected the Celebrity Edge ship - this is cruising but not as you know it! Stunning spaces, world class restaurants and 5 star service. Absolutely loved it.

I was lucky to inspect Silversea’s Silver Nova today while she’s docked briefly in Melbourne. Beautiful spaces, artwork and glorious food. Very sophisticated but relaxed and unfussy. 👌

What a fantastic day. We took to the skies in a float plane to Neets Bay (near Ketchikan). Stunning scenery and such a great way to experience how vast the wilderness is.

The highlight of this trip has definitely been the wildlife. Whales and dolphins playing alongside the ship, black bears feeding on salmon, bald eagles picking up the scraps, orcas, sea otters and seals. Such a magical experience 🐋 🐻 🦅 🦦.

What an amazing experience aboard Holland America Line cruising the inside passage from Vancouver to Alaska. Stunning scenery at every port, breathtaking glaciers (the photos don’t do them justice), amazing food and service onboard.
