We’ve had a few people ask: what is the H + H Town & Country Ball really about?
At its heart, it’s about giving back to our local farmers, primary producers, and ag community, the people who keep this region going, even through the toughest seasons.
As a local business owner, born and raised right here in the Wauchope region, and as Treasurer of the Wauchope Chamber of Commerce, Jesse has seen firsthand how much our rural community gives, and how often they go without recognition or support.
That’s why, through the Wauchope Chamber, we’ve established a Micro Grant designed specifically to provide direct, meaningful support to those working the land.
The grant will be overseen by a trusted subcommittee of local business owners, along with an accountant for full transparency and financial oversight.
This Ball is more than a night out.
It’s a chance for all of us to rally together, give back to those who rarely ask for help, and celebrate the people who make our region what it is.
