One of the important but less known ways Mummy’s Angels supports our community is by providing fuel for the ambulance during urgent medical cases.

On 15th January, we supplied 85 litres of fuel to ensure a critical transfer could happen smoothly. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Zouva Petrol Station for kindly allowing the ambulance to fill up at night and giving us the flexibility to settle the account the next day.

This urgent case involved a one-year five-month-old girl who was brought in comatose with a high fever and febrile convulsions. She was diagnosed with microcytic anemia and deranged liver function tests. Due to the severity of her condition, she needed to be transferred to Mpilo where expert paediatricians could provide the specialised care she required. The family was unable to afford the transport and treatment costs. We are happy to report that the child is now doing well.

Supporting critical needs like this is part of our mission to save and improve lives in our community. Thank you to everyone who helps us make this possible.

2024 was such a great year for helping the community of Vic Falls, Mummy's Angels Zimbabwe and Amazing Kids with all the wonderful donations.
