Thankfully we are not currently affected by workplace closures (and our thoughts are definitely with those that are! It is such a stressful situation for both businesses and employees)...But, we wanted to reassure you that we are here, it's business as usual. There is plenty of local stock available and all our decorators and warehouses are following the strict hygiene and social distancing protocols that are in place.

Definitely a worthy contender for my favourite this week. The Nomad Dec Vacuum Bottle. This one lives on my desk and absolutely lives up to expectations!

Impressive 650ml BPA-free, double wall, vacuum insulated stainless steel drink bottle which has an extremely durable powder coated matt finish. It will keep drinks cold for 24 hours or hot for up to 12 hours. It has a trendy screw on lid with a stainless carry handle and a bamboo veneer that offers a prominent branding opportunity. It's the week before Christmas and I must confess,
the phones are still ringing and my desk's a great mess!

we'll shut the front door and let down our hair!

I had a really interesting conversation last week with a prospective client. They were telling me how they had been waiting for a quote and sone informstion regarding certain products and printing for 2 weeks and when they followed it up with the company they were given the 'yeah yeah it's on it's way, we'll get it to you when we can'.
This horrified me...but got me thinking, is quality customer service dead???? Do consumers still expect it? Or are we just nicely surprised when we do get it? I would love to hear your stories (good and bad)
