When we first started eco whale watching in Sydney, it was the year 2000.

At the time, National Parks and Wildlife counted approximately 3,000 Humpback whales migrating.

Since then, the numbers have grown to approximately 33,000 and increasing at approx 10% each year.

It is now October 2019 and it is Mothers and Calves Season in Sydney.

This month, you can get to see how Conservation has worked for the greater good for both Man and the Whales.

This is an important time where all the calves face the ultimate test of survival of the fittest as they migrate to Antarctica.
The best way to see the Mothers and Caves is to come aboard our Yacht “Katrina” for an awe inspiring experience.

33,000 Whales are coming back to Sydney this Spring

An awe-inspiring experience

Yes! Now is the time to book to experience seeing these majestic whales close up.

After a long winter - The Spring Whale migration is NOW underway.

Right Now!
A large number of whales will have started their migration South along the Australian coastline from their breeding grounds in Queensland.

As a part of their migratory path, many Humpbacks and Southern Right Whales swim very close to the coastline around Sydney.*

Our Eco Whale Watching is a very personalised tour.

One major advantage of small numbers is there will be plenty of space and no crowds.
