**Important notice**
This year we have been hit hard, one setback after another.
We got excited that our boats were standing after cyclone Narelle however sans souci and houseboat have had a lot of damage. We have a lot of hurdles to still cross. We were hoping to have sans souci back out there this week unfortunately we have been hit with another setback we don’t have answers of what’s going to happen.
We’ve put our heart and soul into what we do.
This year has been heartbreaking for our family.
We’re asking for your patience and understanding as we navigate these difficult times.
We’re all working extremely hard behind the scenes to manage everything as smoothly as possible.
We’re very grateful and we’ve been doing everything we can to avoid cancelling any charters.
We are very appreciative to our customers who have joined us so far, and for your understanding and the great feedback you’ve shared, even with all the changes and adjustments along the way.
A huge thank you to our crew, friends and to everyone who has checked in, offered support, or helped in any way.
We look forward to seeing our regular guests and welcoming new customers for the rest of the season.
We will keep smiling and pushing through.
