DeMazzi’s, what a unique dining experience. Famous for their stone hot plate, we ordered the mixed grill. This came out sizzling and smelt divine. We also got Pina coladas and a Parma. Parma was so tender and juicy
We’ll definitely be going back

Today’s food adventure comes from a delightful little cafe in Yarraville. Located across from the Yarraville station, Alfa has a gorgeous ambience with the seating area located under the shade of a large tree.
We ordered the big breakfast, which was all delicious, with the homemade tomato relish being a highlight. We also had the egg and bacon roll with a hash brown. The hash browns were clearly home made with a unique and delicious flavour. Drinks were chocolate frappe and iced coffee.
The vibe of Alfa was wonderful, food was delicious and a community library box on the grounds a special touch. Highly recommended, I know we’ll be back (they have lemon meringue pancakes which we must try)

The Pancake And Crepe Shop - Oatlands, in Tasmania was an amazing place for those with food intolerances. The menu was extensive and delicious but the chef came and and spoke to us about what we could and couldn’t eat and then made something from scratch that was safe for us. Very impressed indeed with food and service

Omg!! We’ve found a real gem here.
Firstly when we arrived at the cafe there was a long line to get in, always a great sign. Staff were happy and friendly and offered to take our names and numbers and call us when a table was ready rather than making us wait. Shops are close by so that was a wonderful solution.

When we made it in, we were greeted by the most delicious smells. Every dish we could see looked divine. We decided on an açai bowl, Oreo thickshake, calamari salad and a blue lagoon mocktail. Everything was made to perfection and reasonably priced.
We will definitely be coming back here and probably quite frequently as there is so much to try.
This cafe is also Halal and seemed to have a lot of variety to cater for different food intolerances.

Another review coming to you today from the town of Ballarat, this time from the cutest corner cafe, Refuel Hub.
From the start we had trouble choosing exactly what to order. Each item we saw looked so delicious and the menu was just filled with decadent dishes, how could we decide? Also the menu had a lot of choice!
In the end, we went with the traditional choice - a big breakfast with an iced coffee, as well as the Strawberry Cream Banana Bread.
I can tell you we had 0 regrets. Food was delicious and gorgeously presented. We finished off with a take away pink salt hot chocolate and walked away with very happy tummies 😍

What a delicious meal we enjoyed today at the The Rusty Spud, Ballarat A page we follow on facebook and see all their yummy looking posts, but today we finally got to try them for ourselves, and we were not disappointed.

We ordered nachos and the Italian stallion spud (minus the sour cream and with a sweet potato). The flavours were so rich and complimented each other perfectly. Ingredients were fresh, staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant had a great ambience. If you are in the Victorian town of Ballarat, you simply must try this place.

What a delicious meal we enjoyed.

We ordered crispy skin chicken with special fried rice and stir fried diced scotch fillet with tomato rice.
Both dishes were served hot and fresh. In both cases the meats were moist and so tender. The flavour was also mouthwatering.
Again in both cases the prices were extremely reasonable and the staff and restaurant were warm and welcoming.
Thank you Thuan An Restaurant

What a wonderful old school cafe with the most delicious food, all in the heart of Whittlesea.

Café 59 on Church is solely run by a family and this is reflected in the love put in to the food and drinks. The menu was traditional but also a little different to other places.

We ordered a latte, lime milkshake and chocolate frappe (this was made to perfection)
We also had a scone, a big breakfast (the homemade baked beans were the highlight) and egg & bacon on Turkish bread.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful experience and delicious food.

Love a country town pub!! The food is just filled with love and old fashioned goodness.
Today we find ourselves in the town of Beechworth at the Hibernian Hotel. The menu was small but had all the essentials. Staff were lovely and answered any questions we had as well as making some great suggestion.

We went classic and had the steak and the parma.
Steak was cooked just how we’d asked and gravy was well flavoured.
Parma was so crunchy on the outside and moist in the middle, cooked to perfection. Chips on both plates had a delicious seasoning. I was also excited that I had the option of chips and salad or chips and veggies, an option not a lot offer.

Overall we had a lovely experience and walked away full and very happy

Baked in Sorrento, what a great little brunch gem. It was super busy, always a great sign, but staff were friendly, calm and very professional.
Toastie was delicious, crisp and well made. The açai bowl was incredible. Perfect ratio of ingredients and the best start to a sunny day exploring the ocean.
If in Sorrento, definitely check this place out

13 years ago my family and I lived in south morang and would visit Chung San Chinese Restaurant frequently, we refused to go anywhere else. Sadly after a few years we moved away from the area but last night I had a craving, so I drove the distance, hoping and preying after all these years that the restaurant was still there and wouldn’t let me down!

Amazingly it was and it was still the same gorgeous owners. We ordered sizzling Mongolian steak, honey chicken, lemon chicken and a special fried rice
The steak melted in your mouth and certainly came out sizzling. There was also a great ratio with the vegetables in the dish
Both chicken dishes were also moist and the sauces weren’t overpowering on either

We couldn’t finish the meal off without dessert so banana fritters all round. Just perfection!! Fresh bananas and the most delightful sauce, again the perfect amount and ratio

Huge thank you to Chung San Chinese restaurant for making my nostalgic heart happy. After all these years the food is still as delicious as ever and the service just as friendly. Highly recommend
