I often get asked as a Director of Outdoor Education how do you go about selecting, screening and then employing the best third-party provider to work alongside you & within your school Outdoor Education programs.
My response is simple:

5. Educators foremost, and not only excellent instructors.

I've been extremely lucky to work closely with Cycling Unlimited and Rik Symes over the past 15 years.

Our students and staff always leave with a wealth of knowledge, new skills and a new found passion for mountain bike adventures. And, he ensures we have FUN 😊☺️

It’s not often you meet someone as determined at Ruth Galea. Real courage isn’t lack of fear, it’s going ahead despite the fear. Some years and 70+kg ago, someone laughed at Ruth for sharing her dream of completing a triathlon. Today she picked up the last of the three skills required and I have zero doubt she’ll fulfil that dream.
