The New Melbourne Square 2003. This was the site of my intervention entitled Square Water. The fountains are closed in a symbolic gesture of water saving for the Mega-Drought that had just begun and would last 7 years. The first of the new normal. At the end of the short clip you'll see a much younger version of me emerge from the onsite workshop that would store the 7000 bottles of water for the temporary intervention.
