So if you pass through 6 time zones, it will take your body 6 days to get back to 'normal'

Tips to get over Jet Lag

✈️ Adjust your sleep schedule to that of your destination, a few days before you depart

✈️Stay hydrated & avoid caffeine & alcohol

✈️ Spend time in sunlight as soon as you arrive at your destination to re-set your circadian rhythm

✈️ Forget your old timezone

✈️ Get comfortable

We are so grateful for the opportunity to exhibit at the Melbourne Annual Wedding Expo this past Sunday.

There is a lot of work in the lead up to get ready, but we love the buzz of it. And we love that we get to speak to couples that are so excited to plan & book their honeymoons & have that once in a lifetime trip.

We have noticed that so many couples are putting a lot of emphasis on their honeymoon being extra special & not just a regular holiday. The destination & experience needs to be on another level. It needs to be honeymoon worthy.

But that doesn’t always mean the price tag has to send them broke either. For everyone ‘honeymoon worthy’ means something different.
