It's a bittersweet day here at Next Gen as we announce the sale of our first holiday park - BIG4 Rowes Bay Beachfront Holiday Park. It's been a great journey over the past 5 years but we are looking forward to the new owners continuing to grow the business and to the new development and acquisitions the proceeds of this sale will bring for Next Gen. Special thanks to Cindy and Dwayne for 3 years service as well as Steve and Kat and the rest of their team who will be continuing on at the park under the new ownership.Settlement is currently scheduled for 12 March.

We're expecting! The Next Gen team are excited to be taking on the long-term lease of Bell Park Caravan Park. It's located right on the beach, in the great little town of Emu Park - 40km north east of Rockhampton. it's also exactly half way between our office and Rowes Bay Beachfront Holiday Park. Expected handover date mid-November.
