Earlier this month I was privileged to be hosted by with fellow Choice Award winners in Northern Vietnam. Our 8 day adventure included a private tour to see the amazing work have devoted to ending bear bile farming and improving the welfare of animals across Asia. Then onto Halong Bay, Ninh Binh and stunning Puluong. It was a unique opportunity to network with industry colleagues while we laughed and ate our way around beautiful Vietnam.
Was so good to dust the passport off - massive thank you to my husband for holding the fort and a shout out to my mil for all her help.

Today I embarked on my last 220km round trip to the office before I consolidate my business and move to a home-based mobile agency.

Therese has quite rightly been shown so much love and appreciation over the past couple of weeks - we are all so incredibly grateful for all that she has done and she will certainly be missed.

While this is not my preferred outcome, when you tell your almost 3yr old daughter you are driving to the office for the last time and her eyes burst open, she gasps with excitement and wraps her tiny arms around your neck to hug you oh so tightlyโ€ฆit certainly feels like the right oneโ€ฆ

Whilst things may initially look a little different rest assured you can still experience the same great service we have always been known for while still offering the convenience of personal consultations by appointment.

After an unsuccessful campaign to sell my business over the past 12 months, due to family reasons I have made the very difficult but necessary decision to move to a home-based travel agency as of 01 July.

With the closure of the office also comes the unfortunate departure of Therese Oliver from Naracoorte Travel n Cruise. Therese is a much loved and valued employee who so many of you have had the pleasure of working with over the years and have experienced first-hand her professional service and expertise in curating personalised and amazing holiday experiences.

I personally could not be more thankful or appreciative of her dedication, expert knowledge and friendship she has provided over the past 12 years and I will certainly miss working with her. Therese will work closely with me over her remaining time in the office to ensure I am familiar with all aspects of her current bookings for a seamless transition.

I am aware Therese will be sadly missed by many of you, but rest assured you will still receive the same great service you have come to know and love, complimented by my own 16 years experience in the industry.

I would like to personally thank you for all the amazing support you have shown our team at Naracoorte Travel n Cruise over the years and I certainly look forward to continuing to assist you with all your future travel arrangements.

Our last stop at Manguri siding for our Coober Pedy off train excursions.
A chance to visit an underground mine, the Serbian Orthodox Church, Umoona Opal mine, the Breakaways and dog fence and we all enjoyed a delicious lunch underground.
