You know that pumpkin soup I cooked up.
Well there was so much of it I couldn't bare the thought of eating the same soup one more time.
So what did I do??

I threw it back in the thermo mix, with 100gms of red lentils, a hand full of broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots. A little chicken stock and might sound weird but 2 heaped tables spoons of peanut butter and 250gm water.

Cooked on 100 deg, speed 3 for 10 mins.
Then 90 deg, speed 3 for 15 mins.

Mmmm,'mmmmmm
Dammm, now I wish I'd made a whole lot more!

Coffee Lovers Alert

I'm a huge fan of real coffee, and have only just recently tried an Espresso Martini.
Never did I realize they were so easy to make.
This could be dangerous 😱

Thanks to a dear friend of mine, we had a massive Butternut Pumpkin to execute.
I chopped it all up, left all the seeds, drizzled with Olive Oil, Salt and Pepper, and a table spoon of Honey Drizzled all over too.
Roasted on 160C for an hour, and then blitz this goodness up in the Thermie on Speed 6 for 1 min.
I then added half a Tin of Coconut Cream (the cream off the top) 1/2 teaspoon of Paprika, 1 tsp of Thai Green Curry YIAH mix, 2 tablespoons of Minced Garlic, and a good grinding of Himalayan Salt.

Cooked it all up on 100deg, Speed 4, for 5 mins.

All equates to this Perfect Goodness.
And the Thermie Bread Rolls (Basic Bread EDC recipe) are in the oven as we speak!!!!!

Looking forward to Lunch

Wow, I just found this on "Cooking With Tenina" and needed to share

You guys all know the egg separating trick right? Crack the eggs onto the lid with MC in place. Whites will slip through into container beneath. Yolks will stay on the lid!
