Tomoz (Wed 30th) is last day for surf hours to count towards the Ripple Effect Wave Challenge 🌊🌊🌊

I run boxfit in the morning, so cant get there early, but have my surf gear in the car and will head straight to Trigg 🏄‍♀️

Hoping to get there between 11 and 11.30 and hopefully get a couple of hours in 🌊

Anyone else want to join? Or anyone else going somewhere else for a last RIPPLE SURF?

Ill be heading to Trigg today at 9am for some final hours of surfing for the Ripple Effect Wave Challenge ... have a serverly sore shoulder now, so will be hanging in the smaller waves to save paddling too much.

Tomoroow is the last surf hour day, but Im pretty busy, so today might be my last day to clock up my hours.

The surf hour goal was 22 hours, which represents 22% of australian people who experience a mental disorder in a 12 month period.

My surf hour count as of yesterday is 52, Ill try squeeze in a couple more today 😊

🏄‍♀️ Trying to raise funds (thru surfing) for preventative measures for Mental Health ... but also trying to share with people the natural positive effect that SURFING has on your mental wellbeing 💙
