Lauren Eisinger Producer What we do

Very simply, we produce shows that make an impression. In some cases we develop productions from concept to completion.

In other cases artists or creatives bring us their ideas in various stages of completion and we work collaboratively to see a show come to fruition. We also offer advice and mentoring to assist artists producing their own work. How We Do It

We use our experience and our extensive network to ensure each of our shows or advice packages is delivered to the highest possible standard. Lauren Eisinger

has been producing theatrical shows and live events for over seven years both independently and for some of Australia's largest arts and corporate organisations. Over the years she has developed an extensive network of other creatives and administrators upon which she can draw to support her productions.

Lauren Eisinger has navigated artists stranded in China, tracked down more sets stuck in customs than she can remember, incidents on stages, and a hurricane heading towards a venue — and still gets the show open.

She also holds an Executive Masters in Cultural Leadership from the Royal Academy of Arts in London and Maastricht University, and has spent 15 years producing the seemingly impossible across four continents.

The Parrot Ox masterclasses are what she knows, has discovered and created made available to your team.

If you're running a presenting organisation, an arts centre, a festival, or managing touring on behalf of artists — this is for your team.

Not just theory. Not generic leadership content borrowed from the corporate world.

Frameworks built specifically for the conditions of producing — where things go sideways, relationships are everything, and the work still has to get made.

Three masterclasses.
Online or in-person.

A million tickets. Still the most dangerous, thrilling, raucous night out in the room.

La Clique was born in The Famous Spiegeltent at Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 2004 and hasn't stopped since — Stockholm, Singapore, New York, Auckland, Paris, Sydney. Olivier Award winning. The original and definitive Spiegeltent production. The New York Times called it Cirque du Soleil's more brash, less inhibited younger sister, which is probably the most accurate thing anyone has written about it.

Cabaret, new burlesque, circus, modern vaudeville — all of it reinvented every season, all of it performed on a 2.5-metre circular stage with the audience so close they feel like part of the show. That intimacy is the secret weapon. Spectacle that still feels exclusive. Adults-only programming that delivers on its promise. The kind of show that sells out and then needs extra dates.

2027 conversations are open. Fair warning — after this track record, you'll want to move fast.

It is ten hours long. There are three aerial artists. The stage is three tonnes of ice on a crane and it is melting the entire time.

THAW by Legs On The Wall is not a show you describe easily — it's a durational climate work that has moved over 100,000 people across five countries through sheer, undeniable presence. Created by Joshua Thomson, with voices from Wiradjuri, Māori-Australian, Filipino-Australian and Tasmanian performers woven through.

It's heading to Portugal. If THAW belongs in your 2027 season, let's talk before the ice runs out.

ROOKE brought three tonnes of enriched soil onto a stage and asked a question worth sitting with — do we need to save the Earth that has outlasted us, or do we need to focus on saving our place on it? Wilds is non-verbal, emotionally devastating, and completely unlike anything else touring right now.

Created and performed by Conor Wild and Freyja Wild, with pedigree across Circa, Gravity and Other Myths, Cirque du Soleil and The 7 Fingers between them. This is mud, muscle and a visceral conversation about how we treat the earth beneath our feet.

We're building the 2027 tour through Korea, South-East Asia and beyond. If that's your part of the world, let's talk.

Circus Oz just wrapped Melbourne International Comedy Festival with their new work Here, There and Everywhere and they are not slowing down. This July, Non Stop! hits Victoria and Canberra — 60 minutes of flying trapeze, archery, live music, acrobatics and enough irreverence to make your eyes water, performed by an ensemble spanning six decades. The oldest performer is 64 and will absolutely leave you in the dust.

Big show. Big spaces. Big audiences. 2027 dates are open — if you've been watching and waiting, now's the time.
